SalahTrackr ("we", "our", or "us") is a prayer tracking application developed and operated by Never Iffy Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our iOS application (the "App").

3. Information We Collect

A. On-device app data

Prayer logs, streaks, reminders, settings, and related content are stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own central cloud account system for this app data.

B. Optional analytics data (Mixpanel)

If you enable "Allow optional analytics", we collect product analytics events through Mixpanel to understand app usage and improve onboarding and features. This may include app interaction events, app version, and device-level identifiers provided by the SDK.

C. Crash and diagnostics data (Sentry)

In release builds, we use Sentry for crash reporting and technical diagnostics to detect, investigate, and fix errors.

D. Subscription and entitlement data (RevenueCat and Apple)

If you purchase SalahTrackr Premium, payments are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to help verify subscription entitlements and manage premium access. We do not receive your full payment card details.

E. Device backup and transfer data

Depending on your Apple device settings, local app data may be included in iCloud backups or device-to-device transfer.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and platforms needed to operate the app, including Mixpanel (if enabled), Sentry, RevenueCat, and Apple.

  • On-device data - retained locally until removed by you or deleted with the app.
  • Backup copies - retained according to your Apple backup settings.
  • Optional analytics data - retained according to Mixpanel settings and retention policies.
  • Diagnostics data - retained according to Sentry settings and retention policies.
  • Subscription records - retained as needed for billing, fraud prevention, support, accounting, and legal compliance.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have legal rights including access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable.

  • You can disable optional analytics anytime in the app under Privacy & Analytics settings.
  • You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
  • You can contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for a general audience and is not directed primarily to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.

Our providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) are used for international data transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information we process. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
