1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SalahTrackr (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Never Iffy Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

SalahTrackr is an iOS prayer tracking app that lets users log prayers, track consistency, view statistics, configure reminders, and access optional premium features.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable law. You must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code except where law permits.
Interfere with or disrupt app security, integrity, or operation.
Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

4. Accounts and Data Storage

You do not need an account with us to use core features. App content is primarily stored on your device. Depending on your iOS settings, app data may be included in iCloud backup and transfer features.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are offered through Apple in-app subscriptions. By subscribing:

Payment is processed by Apple under Apple's terms and billing policies.
Prices shown in the App may vary by country or region.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled under Apple rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
We may change premium features, packaging, or pricing as permitted by law and platform rules.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies. We do not process App Store refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property and License

The App and all related content, software, design, and branding are owned by Never Iffy Ltd or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy at salahtrackr.com/privacy.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services and platforms, including Apple, Mixpanel, Sentry, and RevenueCat. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

10. App Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including premium features, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Never Iffy Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Never Iffy Ltd from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

15. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Never Iffy Ltd, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Apple is not responsible for product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims related to the App.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) as allowed under platform rules.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding your use of the App.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
